In 2014, Brendan Morrow leaned into his 14 years of experience in construction, development, and design to establish Drive Development Partners. During his tenure as Director of the Western U.S. at The Weitz Company, Brendan was responsible for overseeing the development, preconstruction, and construction processes for a wide range of stakeholders, including owners, developers, operators, nonprofit organizations, and investors.

Since founding Drive Development, Brendan has achieved remarkable success developing and building a diverse portfolio of projects, including senior, multifamily, hospitality, student housing, and adaptive reuse developments. He has collaborated with renowned, industry-leading companies while also developing and repositioning numerous multifamily and restaurant projects as an ownership entity.

James Goebel, a dedicated Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager, is best known for orchestrating the creation of upscale, award-winning residential communities tailored to discerning seniors. He has a proven track record of delivering visionary projects that redefine living standards and was instrumental in creating the Hacienda and Élan brands for Watermark Retirement Communities.

Chelsea began her career in 2003 with a residential flooring subcontractor, where she gained her first exposure to the construction industry. Seeking to expand her experience into commercial work, she joined a general contractor and developed a strong interest in the day-to-day operations of active jobsites. Continuing to grow within the industry, Chelsea later transitioned to Drive Development, where she has contributed in multiple roles and remains an integral part of daily operations.

Nate is a Construction Manager with an MBA and extensive experience leading projects ranging from $50 million to $180 million. His background spans multifamily, student housing, senior housing, and commercial retail, with expertise in wood-frame, high-rise, and podium construction. Known for his collaborative approach, Nate prioritizes strong client relationships and effective team coordination to deliver projects efficiently and with lasting value.

With 24 years of invaluable experience in the commercial construction industry, Jessica stands out as a dynamic leader and strategic thinker, admired for her holistic approach and relentless drive for excellence. Grounded in hands-on experience, she has successfully guided operations both nationally and internationally, specializing in project management and operational excellence. Her versatility and problem-solving capabilities have been instrumental in delivering complex projects across a variety of sectors. For the past 12 years, Jessica has focused on multifamily projects, where her strategic oversight has led to the delivery of high-quality, economically prudent developments.

Anne brings more than 20 years of comprehensive real estate and development experience, spanning design, sales, finance, and project execution. Known for her ability to create efficiencies and solve complex problems, she approaches each project with a long-term vision and a desire for meaningful impact.

Anne earned her undergraduate degree in Architecture from Lehigh University and began her career in planning before moving into luxury condominium sales. She later earned a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University, motivated by a desire to create developments that strengthen neighborhoods and enhance communities. For the past six years, Anne has focused on multifamily projects of all scales, playing an integral role from concept to completion. She is particularly passionate about design, leading the development of floor plans and community gathering spaces, and enjoys collaborating closely with city staff and consultants to bring thoughtful, community-oriented projects to life.

Austin Dienhart is a Construction Manager at Drive Development, where he leads complex multifamily and senior living projects from conception through completion. He provides owner representation for developers and stakeholders, managing risk, monitoring project performance, and coordinating closely with general contractors and design teams to ensure each project is delivered on schedule and within budget.

Since joining Drive Development in 2023, Austin has continued to expand his expertise in high-rise multifamily and senior living development, earning a reputation for clear communication, disciplined project oversight, and a strong commitment to delivering consistent value for clients.
